Again it is used daily in another part of the house near the rear entrance and in the car. This is not cheap junk. Two thirds is about time to watch the the dirt storage and three quarters is time to empty. This cleaner is just for small areas of average need so don't be impatient and empty when needed. The only negative is that putting the collection chamber back on requires a bit of attention lining up the keyed tabs, but is well worth the effort because it keeps the reinforced nozzle attachment area lined up with the attachment to prevent cracking it. Apparently a lot of engineering went into this product and if taken advantage of you will get more than your money's worth it. I was more than amazed by the quality of this appliance was discovered by my accidental abuse of it. This is built "like they used to" when it was worth the effort to maintain and repair things. Works great!
Suction power is the best I’ve seen in a hand held vacuum but I think I have ridiculous expectations for vacuums! It works great for small projects though!

Great Little Handheld Vacuum
At first I wasn't quite sure about this vacuum.. I really wanted to just order another of the same one I already have but they didn't sell it anymore, so I decided to try this one out. It was much heavier than my old one and the handle felt weird to hold and it took two hands to turn the button on and off. I wasn't sure if I'd ever get used to it. But I did after a day or two and I love it!! I use this little vacuum 3 times a day to clean up around my toddler's high chair after meals. I never had to charge it, it arrived charged and it still hasn't needed it yet so battery power is great. I love the attachment for getting into crevices, it is extra pointy which is what I needed as there is a thin crevice around the base of my son's high chair. Also it tip is still wide enough to pick up peas, and some bits of chips. The suction is wonderful, when trying to vacuum the towel my son's high chair sits on I can see the vacuum trying to suck the towel up and this isn't even on Max power. Also it can suck up a big chip and hold it on the tip of the vacuum so I don't have to crouch down under the table and get it hahaha. This is an amazing vacuum! I haven't cleaned out the cup yet because there's still plenty of room.. definitely recommend it!

Components break easily and quickly and there is no way to replace, no customer service!
So very disappointed with the customer service and quality of the components inside of this handheld. We gently use the vacuum, and only occasionally for stair crevices, etc. The inside of the dust chamber has a small rubber flap attached with a small ring system that uses two small screws to secure a thin rubber seal. The rubber flap is crucial to the suction of the vacuum. It ended up breaking away within a year. I have had the most horrible time finding anyone to contact that will help with this, or that even knows what I am talking about. You are buying this at your own risk, and just know that there is no customer service to assist you with this product or anything about it. I finally tracked down a "warehouse" email after tracking and searching all of SciJoy's entities and affiliates, and got a generic, "Sorry we do not have your rubber flap" response in return. Even the user manual has no information on ordering replacement parts and refers you to a bestskystore email that has been of no help. No personal contact or number whatsoever. Great product if you are looking for an expensive disposable vacuum. Buyer be warned.

Powerful enough while it lasted
I bought this vacuum not expecting much power out of a cordless handheld, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it hoovered up as well as my DirtDevil Scorpion had. Unfortunately, the pleasantness ended there because now, after 5 months of light use, the vacuum keeps dying within seconds of operation. The filter is clean, it's been carefully handled, I used it maybe twice a week in corners of rooms *after* sweeping, so there's really no reason for the untimely demise of such a highly-rated product. I'm thinking it's some malfunction of the battery or motor, but the return/refund policy is something like 30 days so I guess I'll use this in 10-second increments until the stimulus check kicks in and I can finally join the elite crew of Dyson owners. UPDATE 6/17/20 I had reached out to the seller for a solution, and upon seeing a video of the malfunctioning unit they promptly sent out a replacement. Their after-sale service is superb. If the new vacuum has a similar issue as the first, I will update this review again, but for now, I've given this product 5 stars assuming that it will continue to work past the 5-month mark.

Would definitely buy again
I absolutely love this thing. I bought a brand new car and had traveled with my dog, I had white pet hair all in my car with black interior. I went to two car washes, and even the one with the strongest suction would get the pet hair out my car. I went and bought a handheld vacuum and that didn't work. After searching and reading the reviews I bought this. I just received it today and I have to say it worked fantastic. I'm very impressed! It is charging now! I played before it was fully charged. I highly recommend getting a full charge first or you're going be like me and be disappointed when it dies. Lol. It does seem to get a little warm fast but I guess that's expected for the what is does. The shipping was super fast. I've order 6 things off Amazon Prime days before ordering this and I'm still waiting on those to arrive. There's no need to read anymore comments, BUY YOU ONE, or TWO! Thinking about ordering another one just to have in case something happens to this one.

Not very good
At first this vacuum seemed to have a good suction and performed well. Over time the suction will decrease and will become useless. I have had this vacuum for less than a year and it now has a very weak suction even with charging, barely picks up anything. It is even making a funny dragging sound. Definitely not good. I am very disappointed in this product. Wish I could return it and get my money back.
