Snapper (Briggs & Stratton) recoil/starter replacement a success!
A+! I'm always concerned about non-OEM aftermarket products., but one mow in with my Snapper mower and I'm feeling like this was the right call. Had to jimmy the part to get the piece to fit onto the top of the mower, but the screw holes lined up and it worked great. Cord was long enought to reach handle. Easy start restored.

Perfect inexpensive replacement for pull starter applications. Looks like the original and works the same too! Easy to install and easy to use!

Fixed the rattling noise on our Toro push mower.
This was an easy replacement for a Toro push mower that was making noise due to one of the fingers that wasn't retracting. It has additional holes to fit more configurations on different models, so easy to line up and bolt on. Works right the first time and back to mowing without the noise. Quality is at least as good as original and maybe a little beefier.

Doesn't fit Craftsman CX series with B&S 7.75 engine
Despite the product saying it would fit my mower it wouldn't fit, everything was too big by only a few 16ths of an inch. Tried using the parts from it to fix the OEM one and it just broke when wound up enough to keep the cord in.

Worked for me
Did what it was bought for but only 4 stars because not an exact fit. No modifications were required but I had to do some serious squeezing to get it to set down where the nuts would go on the bolts. Happy with purchase though

A knock-off part
Looks to be a 3D printed copy. Doesn't quite fit over the studs so it cannot be bolted down securely. I'm still playing with it hoping it will work. Material is definitely softer than the original so I fear it will not hold up for long if I do get it mounted tight.
