BALI OUTDOORS 50000 BTU Propane Fire Pit for Outdoor

Love this table! It was not too difficult to put together and was able to do it in an hour. The entire thing is made of metal except for the tiling on the table. We’ll see how it will hold up over time. Its lighting capability is also pretty decent with 2 settings - low and high - and holds up even when it’s windy outside. You still feel the heat when you’re sitting about a meter or so away. It is a good size for a small patio - not big but also not too small to be a proper table. When the fire is not in use, it comes with a cover so you can use it as a full center table. Overall, I highly recommend it! If you have a small patio and you’re looking for a nice pretty table to furnish your backyard with an additional fire pit feature, this one is definitely going to do the job.

The package arrived in a timely manner, was well packaged (though shipping still managed to scratch it a bit, more on that later), and went together quickly. My wife loved the glass, which was smooth blueish glass stones instead of the standard cracked glass. When the fire is going, it has an almost hypnotic rippling affect, a bit like water running over stones in a creek. It's a very nice-looking table, and the lip around the edge is solid and great for snacks and/or drinks (though if the fire is going, they will probably get rather warm, so drink up quick). It generates a nice amount of heat and is a real treat on a cold night. When you aren't using the fire, it has a metal cover which turns the whole thing into a table. There is a handle in the middle, but it is recessed when it is down, so it doesn't get in the way of plates or candles or whatever you decide to put on there. I did have some very minor damage on mine when it arrived, but the seller was very responsive and took care of it very quickly. No complaints there. Highly recommended For those with a little less experience putting these sorts of things together, I recommend leaving the screws a little loose on the frame until all four legs and side panels are on so that things center nicely when tightened.

We are very happy with this product. I had a small issue with assembly and didnt get through to customer service. A few minutes later, they called me back! The person was great and the issue resolved in no time. (it was my mistake). It is attractive and works as expected.

The instructions leave a lot to be desired. The initial steps of hooking the ignition mechanism up need to be resolved through intuition. Just connect the black to red and red to black and there's only one other place the other wire can fit. The zoom in detail spots on the instructions are too small for human eyes to decipher. I'd also advise to begin assembling it on an indoor table to minimize crouching, then take it outside when it's time to put the tiles and final steps. I'd also recommend using very loose screw tightens when you first put the legs and panels and door in, then tighen them all, as you'll need some wobble and give to make everything fit. One of the holes was a bit off on the machining so we couldn't get the screw all the way in. It seems good enough, and is inside the unit, so it won't be visible at least. Make sure you get the thing lit and working before you put the glass rocks in. There's a finesse to learn with the self-ignition. Turn it slightly to let some gas flow, then down and in to light it, otherwise it's going to spark before there's enough gas. It looks beautiful, and it's great to put drinks next to. Not the warmest thing in the world, but it sure looks great.

We purchased this firepit for our outdoor space. I put it together myself, but I did find the initial instructions related to the connections for the burner to be confusing. It would be helpful to color code this portion of the instructions. But once I figured out the proper connections the rest went together very easily. I did have to call their customer service. I called twice but there was no option to leave a message; however, my number was seen as a missed call and I was called back by their rep! She was super helpful. I reached out because there were a couple dents along the metal piece on top of the firepit. Of course, this was discovered AFTER I put it all together. The customer service rep adjusted the total price I paid which was great. I also thought there was a missing part only to find out that in fact it's a common mistake according to the rep. It appears there's a tray or something that holds the glass rocks, but there is no tray. The picture in the assembly instructions could be better clarified. Overall we're happy with the pit and very happy with their customer service.

Had another like this that always gave me trouble starting it. I believe it was a different brand but was very similar except it had a plaster, fake tile top that ended up disintegrating after about 2 years outside under my patio. Repainted it and got it looking ok for another 3 years until to plaster top started to fall apart. Time for another. Saw this one had wood grain real tile top that was easily replaceable and decided to give it a try. Other than the top it is nearly identical to the first one. Goes together easy with just a screwdriver, however I used two screwdrivers as some screws required a number 2 philips and other larger screws for the legs really need a number 3 but a number 2 would work in a pinch if you don't have the larger one. Make sure you don't tighten the leg screws until all else is tightened to make sure it is all aligned and straight. Took about an hour to assemble but I took my time and used hand tools to not strip any screw threads out. Now for the really good part. The thing lit on nearly the first tick! I used to have to work for 10 minutes to get the other one lit but not this one. Also the glass beads are beautiful and quite large. They need to include about 25% percent more so I bought a few more to add to them. Not it looks full. Only issue I had is the sticker over the igniter cover was impossible to get off but a little WD40 took care of that :) Buy it!

The Bali Outdoors fire pit (also described as a fire table) is excellent for creating an enjoyable outdoor atmosphere. It contributes to a warm environment on cool nights and we really like seeing the flames dancing across the blue stones. We’ve even used it to roast marshmallows for S’mores! We had an incident where high winds blew one of the tiles off the top and broke it. Bali Outdoors not only replaced the tile, they sent us a new matching set for a very reasonable price. Their support was outstanding.

We love this fire pit! It is beautiful and functional. Assembly took 2 of us less than an hour and a half. We purchased the additional glass wind shield because our fire pit is in a windy area and it works great and keeps the flames contained. The four tiles on the top of the table are beautiful, excellent quality (and very heavy) and seem like they will withstand use. The table itself without the tiles, glass beads and tank is actually fairly light. I imagine if left in the elements it would probably rust rather quickly. But it looks nice and with with all the added weight it is very sturdy. We purchased a nice cover that fits perfectly all the way to the ground even with the glass wind shield left on.
