Anyone install on a 2 stage hvac? is the pressure from stage 1 sufficient to activate switch?

problem I found was that the pressure switch would come on but wasn't shutting off, you are correct first stage may not be enough pressure unless you have this on the main trunk and not on one of the laterals to a specific room that is already showing to be low on pressure which is probably why you want to add it to the system. a current sensing relay on the furnace attached to the power on the added fan is a better way of turning on the fan if you want my advise.

Amps for plug-in version? there are two indications: 2.5amps (big sticker) and 15amps (diaphram part).

Mine I hard wired. But I am guessing it is telling you the line required amperage. So if you use a plug in version it requires a 15amp line which is common. The line aI tapped into was 15 amp.

stopped working after 1.5 months, unit is perfectly vertical and has a good seal on the duct. Anyone have any ideas for fixes?
