I wish I would have realized this is a typical weed that grows everywhere in my area (michigan). The picture is deceiving because it shows a beautiful ornamental grass but after researching I realized that it already grows wild on my property in the ditch by the road. For me this is a bad buy and not what I expected due to my ignorance.

Planted these little white seeds in 3 inch peat pots. Total peat pots were 36, put 4 seeds in each. This definitely was not 1000 seeds by any imagination. Cost for these seeds was very high. Don’t know how they will grow yet but I’ll be buying from another seller who offers 5x the seeds for the same price. Nothing sprouted! 4 weeks and counting. Guess these will go in the trash, and a waste of 50 peat pots and growing dirt.

Seeds already growing: I started the seeds in a seed starting greenhouse kit, and they have grown about 3/4 inch by day 5, as you can see in the photo. Minor issue: like other reviewers, my packet did not contain 500 seeds. I contacted the seller and the issue was immediately resolved. I am satisfied with the resolution. Conclusion: I will purchase seeds from Outsidepride again, and I look forward to planting my purple love grass.

It is hard to rate a product that won't even be planted for another 4[5 months. But what I have purchased from them in the past have been star performers.

Totally worthless. Whatever DID sprout(4 or 5), never grew more then 1/4 inch
