If your financial institution supports VIP hard tokens, these will work. Contact them after you get the token and give them the credential ID so it will work for your account.

Do these expire after a certain amount of time or uses?

No but the battery will eventually die ...it will take a long time to die

Can it be reprogrammed?

I agree & disagree with the above answer. No you can't reprogram it. But nothing is "stored" inside either. These things use a calculation to generate #'s. While the formula is stored inside with the hardware key, it's an output device only.

Mine could not be new since half of them were dead when they arrived.!
