I initially bought this Methyl Assist as a stopgap when my functional medicine practitioner was out of their preferred supplier’s product. I trust Pure Encapsulations far more than most brands of supplements (Pure Encapsulations and Thorne are my go-to brands for quality and safety, and generally the value for the money is spot on). The Methyl Assist was a replacement for my provider’s brand that was out of stock for a couple months and I found this to be a great replacement… I feel just as good, have just as much energy, and have had no side effects or stomach upset. Best of all, the cost is even better than my provider’s brand. I’m sticking with the Pure Encapsulations Methyl Assist!

Well I guess these work as I went to the doctor yesterday and she says my labs are improving since I started on them 3 months ago, lost a star as I think they are expensive for $45 but as there are no other there meds on the market or on prescription that do the job I will have to fork out!
