Is this product suitable for a grinder with a cast iron burr?

I don’t know the answer. An espresso retail or repair shop could answer that.

Will this work in a baratza encore? I was originally going to purchase Grindz but its more expensive

If your Super Automatic has a Burr Grinder I would think this will work just fine as this and Grindz do the same thing. I have a Gaggia Anima Prestige Super Automatic and SuperGrindz amazed me on how well it worked. I always keep some around because when you need it you need it sort of like toilet paper no convenient to be out of this.

Why is this urnex product not available for Prime when all others are?

I can't help you on that, but you still need this or similar product. I got caught without it once will not happen again.
