It gives you wings. You get energy, the value per dollar is decent, they are super easy to swallow, it seems like the most effective beta alanine supplement I have ever used. I dont get the tingles anymore. I been using this for years. I know some ppl dont like the tingles. If you take a couple bottles it goes away.

The tingles are very real if you take all four capsules at once, so I split them between morning and pre workout and that solved it. Going with capsules over powder means no taste to choke down, which is why I went this route in the first place. 240 caps at 60 servings gets me about two months of lifting.

I bought this product because I have a blood cancel known as Polycythemia Vera which cause a severe itch when I come in contact with water( not fun ). I was in a group chat with others who had the some issue and someone suggested this supplement . It worked !

El servicio es pequeño comparado con lo indicado para su consumo diario, en lugar de 4 cápsulas como menciona, debo tomar 6 capsulas al día para cubrir el recomendado. Voy a probarlas a ver qué tal

粒が大きく飲みにくいですが、カプセルなので持ち運びが楽なので重宝してます。

Muy buena aunque es muy amarga, sugiero combinarla con algo para tapar un poco el sabor.

カプセルとても大きいです。比較の為にもいつも飲むサプリと写しました。一番大きいものが本品ですこれを4ヶですから飲みづらいです。
