Salt & Honey Non-Slip Pilates Reformer Mat Towel

My girlfriend goes to a Pilates class at least five times a week and is always complaining about slipping around on the Reformer. We got this mat for her to try and so far she loves it. No more slipping around the Reformer which helps her concentrate on the class better. It doesn't have any sort of weird smell and it rolls up pretty small to fit in her small bag along with socks, straps, and a few other items she takes to class. So far, it does not leave any residue on the reformer as several reviews have mentioned. It isn't exactly inexpensive so hopefully it will hold up as several people have mentioned that durability is in question. But so far, so good!

Love this mat! I've been using it for a few weeks now and I really like it! It stays put on the reformer no matter what exercise move I'm doing. It rolls up tightly so I can store it in my pilates bag, which is compact. I love that it comes in a neutral color that I liked and it's soft to the touch. My only complaint is it doesn't cover the shoulder or head pad on the reformer, but I knew that before purchasing this. Great little find!

Purchased to use in Pilates. The fit of the mat is exact and really improves and the cushioning on the reformer. What I like the most is that the mat really does keep you from sliding on the reformer and makes the exercises easier to do.

The Pilates towel, was previously sold at the Pilates Studio that I attend. When I was ready to purchase it they no longer carried it (was told it's reasonably priced on-line). I place the pilates mat on the reformer (don't know why it's referred to as a towel). It fits perfectly, easy to fold up after class, and the added benefit is that people know someone has already selected the reformer for class. I prefer lying down on the mat (seems more sanitary). I highly recommend this product. I also like that it comes in an assortment of colors.

I feel that calling this item a “ towel” is doing it a bit of a disservice. My first thought was “ a $59 towel??!??” I ordered it anyway as the description is better. To me it’s more of a mat, a thin sticky mat which covers the reformer bed and headrest. There is a microfiber towel on the other side. It’s great! No slipping on the reformer and I really like how easy it is to roll up to take to class. Although any studio I’ve gone to I know the reformers are cleaned after every class I like this option. I’d recommend.

This is the 2nd Salt & Honey Pilates mat I have purchased. First one lasted 5 years with daily use.

Love this mat but it starts breaking down and becomes sticky on the reformer. Hoping by not leaving this one in the car that it lasts longer than 4 months

WOW! I got this mat because I always wondered about germs at the studios. Now I don't have to wonder anymore. The other amazing thing about this mat is the way it grips to the reformers. The Salt & Honey mat has even elevated and refined my pilates practice. All studios should carry these for clients. I cannot recommend enough. Also the colors they come in are great- loving this grey color!! Cant wait to purchase for all my friends and family for Christmas!! HIghly recommend this product!
