Great baking powder
I honestly love this baking powder. It works perfectly like you'd expect baking powder to, but no aluminum/aluminium in it, which is ideal. I've been trying to find alternatives for aluminum-free foods, since there are studies suggesting it may be linked to dementia and other disorders (it's up in the air and is subject to controversy like other things, but it's worth reading up on if you haven't already; one study I can reference is PMID 26494454, but it's an older one), which we obviously don't want to increase the risk of. My other reason for wanting it aluminum-free is, frankly, it creates a nasty aftertaste in the baking powder, which translates into your finished product if you, say, need a lot of it. THIS baking powder does not produce that issue. The taste and rise it produces are both exceptional. The packing is good, the quantity is good, and the texture is good. I've bought this same two-pack at least twice now, and I've been very happy with each purchase. Products always arrive in good condition (no mold, no odor, no clumps, no tears in the packaging, not expired, things like that) and as-expected. Very happy with it.

This is the best baking powder! My cookies and pancakes always rise perfect with this! It is worth the price, plus you get a lot in the bag.

Outstanding quality & performance!
I absolutely LOVE Bob’s Red Mill products and after switching to their Baking Powder, I will NEVER use anything else. I noticed a big difference in the rise of my baked goods and the texture (lack of hard clumps). Great product that you feel good about having in your pantry.

I love Red Mill Products, but am only giving 4 stars because I only received 3 bags of baking powder and not the 4 bags listed. Can someone get back to me to fix this problem? Thank you!

Works great
What's there to say about baking powder? It does the job it is suppose to do. Helps mu tortillas bubble while being cooked. Helps make my pancakes fluffy. Great baking powder
