They protect your arms
I bought them because I skin up my arms all of the time and when I wore these arm guards, problem solved. They are warm and maybe too warm in the summer but the protection is worth it. I bought this pair and a pair with gloves on the end and this pair is superior because if you have big hands, if the gloves are too small, they pull down off your arms. The wrist loop works very well. If you cut your arms a lot in the garden, you can't go wrong with a pair of these.

Great Protection from Fiberglass Insulation
I got tired of insulation getting under my gloves and shirt or jacket. My wrists and forearms seemed to always end up with itchy fiberglass on them in spite of long gloves and jackets with Velcro wrist adjustment. I use these under the gloves and jacket as an additional layer of protection. I have been using them for home diy for a couple of weeks and find that they work very well. They take some getting used to and are a little warm (you're going to sweat a bit), but my arms are protected from fiberglass. I put them in the washer and dryer afterwards and they are ready for the next project!

Works and cheap
Been using these a few months now, both yard work and auto repair work. Keeps the arms from getting all scratched up. Comfortable and not hot at all to wear. Definitely worth the money. I wash them fairly often, just don't dry in the dryer and they'll last.

Weren't as impenetrable as I was hoping.
I volunteer handling shelter dogs and my skin on my arms is really thin and tears easily. This helped when I had a large dog jump up on me with his paws - only leaving a bruise, but when one of the dogs "bit" me when I was putting him back in his kennel it tore my skin. It wasn't a vicious bite - it was more like a nip. I was hoping that these would help more but they are better than the arm guards I had prior.

Great for Factory work
These are pretty solid, I used them when I worked bailing metal and aluminum cut lines. Bailing is Basically digging into bins of metal and lots of sharp edges and compacting it down like hay bails and these held up really well! I felt they were too light weight for catching fast galvanized steel from a machine though - you will likely need thicker for something like that but if you need light cut resistant for aluminum (bailing, break press, cut line, etc.) these are good!

Holly bushes conquered
I can't say enough about these. Wish I had tried them years ago. Before these my arms would be bleeding from all the holly thorns as I pruned the shrubs. Not now. I also us then when weed eating to keep the grass off my arms which I am allergic to and would break out badly. They seem cool. Bug haven't worn them on a hot summer day yet. But rather be a little warm than all scratched up.

Worth the price
They fit their description, give some cut protection & warmth. Id recommend but don't expect anything too heavy duty.

Muy buen y útil producto. Una inversión en la seguridad y comodidad. Mi esposo lo ha valorado muy bien en su hobbie con el torno de madera.
