I’ve been a reseller since 1999 and never dealt in jewelry until I got a huge lot of it in an estate. Thanks to this kit I was able to identify a few gold items like this ring which is 14k. Most of the items were NOT gold, lol. The kit works very well! I’m sure I’ll keep using it and reorder, I have a lot more to test!

Took a minute to arrive, packaging was a bit simple but no leakage so that’s good. I’ve tested a handful of gold rings I’ve purchased at jewelry stores as well as pre-owned ones. Also tested gold plated and accurately clocked it as fake. Thus far the reading has been accurate.

Don't waste your time. Did not include the stone and when I contacted them they said it doesn't come with the stone. The product description says it comes with the stone, otherwise it's a useless kit. Terrible and useless product without the stone.
