Yes. You can run either a male to male aux cable from the yeti-out into the aux-in on the Elgato. Or, you can mix multiple mic inputs in software like Elgato or OBS streamlabs.

Does this come with the regular short mic stand thats included with the mic normally as well?

It only comes with what is in the picture and description. No additional parts.
