We have a 75lb Staffy that is good on leash with me but rips my spouse around like crazy. The very first time they used this leash with him- best behavior. Walking him because so much easier for them. It's very short but perfect for training purposes. Don't buy this if you don't want your dog walking too closely to you I guess lol just know it's as short as listed and get a measuring tape to understand the reality of that in regards to walking your dog. The quality is great too. We had to upgrade to this because out last "durable" leash role at the metal clip. That isn't even a concern of mine now since he doesn't pull on this one at all. It's also more comfortable for him in my opinion. Even though it's shorter, there's no jerking from him pulling suddenly or abruptly. He starts to but the bungee aspect gently redirects him. Amazing value for the money.

BEST LEASH EVER!! My dog Indy is a big puller and highly reactive. Needless to say, he has broken many a leash since I’ve had him. This one we’ve had for about 6 months now, and it’s still working perfectly for us! Perfect for pullers. Has all of the features you could need in a good leash. And did I mention durable as hell?? Our trainer recommended this leash to us, and we won’t be going back to any other!!

My favorite leash! I have two Dobermans and use these leashes all the time. I like the fact it has the short handle if I need to keep them close and the way the leash has some stretch to sort to give the dog a bit of warning that they are nearing the end of the leash. I have had zero concerns about it breaking or coming loose from the harness and really like the way the clasp functions. It has worked well in helping me teach my dogs to heel when out in public with them.

This leash is a very nice leash. We have tried so many different leashes, and this one is our favorite so far. It is the right length (not too long, not too short.) It has two options, so you can hold on to the loop that requires your dog to stay close, or you can use the "bungee" part, which gives him some freedom but not too much. We have a very strong one-year-old mix of some sort. (We have been told a few different breeds, but he resembles a black mouth cur the most.) At any rate, he is one very strong dog. Walking him can be an exhausting task because he is a puller, and with his strength, it takes quite a bit of muscle and energy to keep him from pulling you over. Likewise, some leashes have caused us to get rope burns or cuts because of the way they are made. This leash is the first one that we have been able to use without injuring the skin on our hands or feeling like we are cutting off the circulation in our arms/wrists. The clasp seems to be made with solid metal as well, which is helpful if you have a powerful dog. We have had a couple leashes that busted right off due to the weakness. This leash seems solid all around.

This is a great leash for training, and teaching little ones to stay close.. Some people prefer to let their pups get a little further away from them, but personally I like to train my dogs to stay within a few feet of me, and this leash does just that.. It is a little shorter so keep in mind if you do like to give your dog a little more room then you may want to find something different. It keeps the dog within 3-4 feet of me i would say, and the elastic gives them constant reminder if they get beyond that... after about 2 weeks using it, my pup stays right by my side and doesn't draw on the leash at all!! The secondary grab loop down low is nice too for controlling your dog and holding close when needed!! The leash is built like a tank and i can't see why this wouldn't last the life of your loved one!! Great buy!

We have used this leash on 13+ car shows, daily errands, training sessions, and literally tried to beat this thing into the ground. Everything held up great. I will be giving it 4 stars based on the Caribbean that is attached to the adjustment on the leash breaking. Other than that it is the only part not holding up. I would get a thicker better one if it is possible. People like who have bought in the past are looking for a heavy duty leash and just that part didn't hold up. The clasp to the leash works out great. Although it is plastic it is very thick and sturdy. I know a lot of metal ones I have had break on me from the adjustment part due to it being thin and brittle. Still a great leash though and I thank you for the opportunity to let me try it out. I will always buy and support one Tigris products because they always give me the quality I want.

I have a German Shepherd rescue, and have tried many many leashes over the years. These are absolutely the best, most durable, highest quality and most functional design of all leashes! They last!

This is the best leash it is super durable, heavy duty easy to clip on and off its made well, I have gone through 5 leashes already with a Malamute puppy and this is an excellent leash for training, control, traffic, whatever your needs are. I am so happy I am buying another to keep in the car. This is a must buy for a large dog.

I thought this product would be strong and durable but with my German Shepherds it did not even last two weeks.... the buckle did not hold it came out.
