Good mouse so far
I've only had this mouse less than a week, so the scope of this review is somewhat limited, but so far my experience has been good. I got it on recommendation from my brother, who also has the same mouse. My suggestion to the reader is that everyone's grip style, hand size, and preferences are different, so those factors will determine whether or not this is a good fit for you. Things I like: - The scroll wheel actually works properly and feels nice. My last mouse (Razer Basilisk) had an infuriating problem with occasional missed/backwards scrolling, which is incredibly frustrating in gaming, so I've come to appreciate a functioning scroll wheel. - The side buttons are well-placed and accessible without accidentally pressing them, at least for my grip style. - The software is functional while not being intrusive (unlike Razer Synapse, which is notoriously obnoxious) - Tracking is fine as far as I can tell. - The weight is 132g, which is fine for me, but people who like their mouse to be super light may disagree. - The lighting options in the sofware are very customizable. I tend to not go crazy with the whole RGB thing, but if that's what you're into, you will like Roccat's software. Minor gripes: - The sides of the mouse are very smooth. This can introduce some awkwardness in your grip when picking up/repositioning the mouse. I might buy some grip tape for it, but I would have liked to see the rubbery/textured material on the sides that some other mice have. - I'm not totally sure the form factor of this mouse is right for me, since the mouse I am most accustomed to (a cheap Chinese gaming mouse) had a much different shape, but I'll give it some time to see if I get used to it. It's not uncomfortable, but not totally comfortable either. Again, this is a matter of individual comfort/preference. It's worth noting that my brother's Roccat Kone, which he's used very heavily for a couple of years, has developed a problem with the right click intermittently not registering. I figure any mouse under sustained heavy use will develop some clicking malfunction eventually, but it's something to keep in mind. On the balance, I think this mouse has earned a solid 4.5 stars (rounded up to 5 because Amazon), with the half star being deducted for the lack of grip/texturing on the sides. If I run into any glaring issues that change my opinion I will update, but so far my experience has been good and I would recommend this mouse.

One of, if not the best....
So much to say I was very skeptical about purchasing this mouse because if was from Roccat of which whom I have no experience with but in my quest to find my mouse I believe I have found it to my surprise and excitement. Pros: 1) SIZE: First things first the size of the mouse is a little of the larger type I would not reccomend it if you have small hands at all but for medium to large hands with a palm grip you may be at home. For small hands I'd reccomend the g502. 2) BUTTONS: the buttons feel outstanding and of top quality. Every single time I press the mouse buttons to include the T3 button on the side button they feel great and responsive. I had my skepticism about that T3 button but it works extremely well especially since you can press the main mouse button and the T3 simultaneously because they somewhat oppose one another. Pressing the main mouse button while at the same time pressing a side button always presented somewhat of a challenge for me but not anymore. 3) SENSOR: The Owl Eye sensor is a beast hands down, I am not a sniper so I usually limit my firefights to close quarters typically because I've had issues keeping the scope steady at longer distances well thanks to Roccat and the owl eye I'm able to track my targets tremendously better and when I tell you that this things doesn't move when I reposition the mouse, it's almost as if I didn't even lift it off of the pad at all it's that good. 4) SOFTWARE: What can I say again very impressed, the software is wonderful once you learn how to navigate it, it's a thing of beauty the interface is different there is a slight learning curve but it interacts with the mouse EVERY TIME (looking at you iCue) and provides a plethora of customizable options I cannot complain. OVERALL: I really have nothing bad to say about this mouse I mean it's not perfect but for me it comes pretty close. I have large hands and a palm style grip and if you have the same I'd encourage you to do yourself a favor if you're in the market for a new mouse and try it out.

Great Products
I had a logitech G series for the scroll wheel, but the left-click was failing and unreliable. The feel of this mouse was pretty similar in the hand (feels a little bigger at the top with similar base weight). No clicking issues at all, and I plan to stick with Roccat for all my computer peripheral needs now. I also grabbed one of their keyboards, and the clicking-noise isn’t obnoxious unlike most mechanical keyboards, and the letters aren’t wearing off. Great brand overall.

Beautiful, Well made, BUT...
I have small hands and this mouse was a little hard to adjust to. I have a good grip for it now, and I have to say I love it and everything about it. Upon plugging it in, you'll have to download a program to manage all the features for it like adjusting the lighting to your likings, the DPI, sensitivity and everything else. You can create custom profiles based on what applications you're using which is nice, along with the lights as well. The mouse glides over my desk pad with ease and there is 0 lag. I don't even require a lot of room with this mouse while I'm gaming. I mainly stick to games like GTA 5, Guild Wars 2, Overwatch, League of Legends... Now... ONE glaring issue I'm having so far is the mouse wheel. Everything was working fine until a week or so ago where if I'm scrolling down with the mouse wheel, it'll intermittently scroll up instead of down. It's been really annoying. But nothing game breaking for me YET. Other than that, I would give a 5/5 UPDATE. Mouse wheel was so bad I had to contact the company to RMA it. The process was quick and customer service replaced my mouse with a brand new one. 0 issues with the new mouse. Overall a content customer.

Looks great, feels good, works awesome.
First I want to mention a surprise that made me happy: Clicking the button under the thumb lets you use the scroll wheel as a volume control by default. This works much more smoothly without bouncing or jumping like many volume knobs on keyboards. (I'm sure you need the software installed first of course) I love the look of this mouse. Don't care about all the fancy light settings but it's nice to set a solid color and brightness. The shape works well for my medium-large square hands. I can use a palm grip when working or browsing and fingertip for fps games. It's light for it's size, but some serious gaming competitors will be looking to sacrifice some comfort for something even lighter. Plastic feels great, as long as you have clean hands. I imagine people who live somewhere hot and get sweaty hands might not like it. The scroll wheel has a reputation as being one of the best and it's deserved. Middle click, left and right tilt all work well without accidentally scrolling. Scrolling hits the indents nicely without doing the annoying half-bump screen bounce that many mice do. Mine makes a whistling kind of squeak when scrolling, but it doesn't bother me enough to have gotten around to lubricating it. The sensor is high end, I didn't read of any real difference between high end sensors, they are all great. The software even has a setting that allows you to set it exactly for your mouse pad so that lifting and moving the mouse even the tiniest bit doesn't move the cursor. The software has a bit of a learning curve, there are multiple profiles and a ton of customization features. You can just set up one profile, or one for every program/game you want.

larger mouse that still works for smaller hands
I have small hands and use a palm grip, and this mouse is still comfortable and nice to use even though it's on the larger side. The extra button placement on the left side is really convenient, and the divot for the thumb is in a near perfect position. The software is amazing, and lets you customize everything about this mouse. It even has some pre-set macros for several popular games so you might not even have to make your own depending on what you play. I use this for WoW and have all my heals bound to it for mouseovers. The AIMO lighting is a very nice touch, and if you've got other AIMO products it communicates wondefully. My only issue (at first) is that the plastic is a bit slippery if you're used to more textured mice. It only took a few days for me to get used to it, though, and now it feels just fine. It's a lot lighter than my last mouse, so that also took a bit to get used to, but that's my fault for not checking weight before ordering. All in all, another great mouse from Roccat.

Don't Bother
The reason I say not to bother with buying this mouse from Roccat, is because you will likely need to replace it every single year. I've had this one replaced 3 times now, because the track wheel in the center keeps malfunctioning every 6-12 months. Without fail, it leads to the same issue where the track wheel will no longer work properly, and then the right click will begin to fail as well.

Eventually..m
At first, I loved this mouse. Tons of customization, great look, great feel. I think one of my fav features was Easy Shift, it's just so damn convenient. Some time later I had issues and replaced it -- but it happened again. From the on, I didn't like the mouse anymore and it's a shame, because it's truly great. The mouse wheel is the problem, it just craps out. Sometimes it will register a scroll, other times it doesn't. Sometimes it require 2 scrolls to achieve 1 scroll. All of this creates issues when I'm gaming, because I need things to work accurately and consistently. The mouse wheel might not fail on you right away, but eventually it will and you will be sad, because it's a great mouse. I loved these so much that I've gone through three of these. All of them end the same way, the mouse wheel. I understand frustration here with Roccat support, but I've never dealt with them and I wanted to be fair. Amazon had always accepted returns...I think this is because it's a known problem, high return rate. If you haven't bought it yet, I would look elsewhere until issue is resolved. If you recently bought one, I'd look into getting your money back and buying something with longevity. If you ballin and don't care, amen. ATTENTION ROCCAT: I'll give you my money for a wireless Kone Aimo version, but please, please, please, fix the bloody mouse wheel thanks!

Great "weighty" gaming mouse with drag-click action
ROCCAT Kone AIMO Gaming Mouse (High Precision, Optical Owl-Eye Sensor (100 to 16.000 DPI), RGB Aimo LED Illumination, 23 Programmable Keys, Designed in Germany) White (Remastered) So this is a great mouse. Its an EXTREMELY solid feeling mouse. The plastics are second to none. The ergonomics is exceptional. If you like a weighted feel, and you like a solid mouse that doesnt feel like cheap plastic, This is a great buy. The driver is also pretty customizable -- everything is customizable from buttons to macros. Right and left buttons are sensitive and register definitive clicks. You are able to drag click, you will be happy to know this one registers clicks pretty well -- similar to Glorious O which i also have. This mouse reminds me of Logitech G502 --- except i find the G502 doesnt do well with drag clicking as well as this mouse and Glorious O. If you prefer a mouse that is ultra light then dont buy this. If you want a good gaming mouse that has a weighted hefty feel, then this is a great alternative.

Does exactly what you need it to do.
I upgraded to this mouse from a Khone XTD as it was getting old and wearing away, I had it for 5years+ without any issues. I trust ROCCAT® products. This mouse feels superior to that mouse in every aspect. The size of the mouse is perfect for me as I have quite big hands and it's a pretty large mouse. The weight of the mouse really helps when I'm tracking targets in FPS games, such as apex, or warzone etc. The scroll wheel has a really nice feel to it, it's really smooth when you roll it. LMB and RMB are both pretty sensitive, but that's how I like it. The mouse RBG looks great, its really nice and bright, but not too bright where it becomes distracting. The software is nice and easy to use, it's really easy to make macros with this mouse, for what ever you need them for. I love how the mouse feels, so silky smooth... it's a pleasure to hold it. Overall a top quality feeling mouse that works absolutely perfectly. I also bought the ROCCAT® Horde AIMO keyboard, so I could sync the RBG between them and they share the same software. Overall I am super pleased with this mouse and think it was definitely worth the money.
