One of the More Versatile Soy Sauces
After finally getting through the last of this soy sauce, I can say it is one of the more versatile soy sauces you can use for cooking. It had a slightly sweeter taste in my opinion than others like Kikkoman or 701 but was stronger than Lee Kum Kee. I found that this one worked really well with BBQ dishes or savory dishes due to that slightly natural sweet flavor shining well with things like Chinese Five Spice and even bulgogi sauces made with Korean pear/fruit. Since you're buying in bulk this is pretty good value for the money, especially if (like me) you use other soy sauces for different dishes and cook more than just Asian regional dishes.

Amazing Product, Just Wish It Arrived in Better Shape!
We are absolutely in love with this product—the taste is incredible and it's become a household favorite! Unfortunately, we've had a couple of them arrive damaged and leaking, which was a bit of a bummer. That said, we really can't point fingers at the seller since it's hard to know whether it's a packaging issue or just rough handling during shipping. The product itself is top-notch, and we'll definitely keep ordering—we're just crossing our fingers for better luck with delivery next time!

Where has this been all my life?
I have tried several brands and flavors of soy sauce over the years. I always purchased Kikoman soy sauce because it was the only one available in my area, and because of the brand recognition from all the Asian places I have eaten at. I often use soy sauce as a marinade, especially on chicken and turkey. This Silver Swan brand soy sauce has a much deeper and richer flavor than Kikoman. I plan to use this not only as a marinade in the future, but also to replace Kikoman for everything, like on rice and on anything that pairs well with soy sauce. You can't go wrong with this brand; I only wish it were sold locally.

My favorite, here's why...
This is the second time I've ordered this. I am very satisfied with how I get this sauce and the flavor profile it gives. I use it in all of my cooking. I prefer getting it through JDJ and have been very satisfied with my orders, so far.

Good price
Price is good and flavor is good. Of course it having some percentage of hydrolyzed soy is undesirable. Heavily processed soy sauce is indeed unhealthy, but when done right it's healthy and delicious. No slight on the product
