My cat likes to sit on ny glass table. Will this be safe to use?

Not while the cat is sitting on the table! Can’t imagine there’d be anything in it harmful as I use it on the shower doors.

Is this good for car windows?

I don't know about car windows specifically, but I use it on my house windows and it works great. I imagine it would have the same effect on car window glass too.

Can I use this on my reading glasses?

No! Never use normal glass cleaner on eyeglasses. I have done this before and it affects the special treatment/coating on the glasses and makes them go all foggy. Only use specific glasses cleaner on glasses.
