Excellent customer service with ispring water, They sent me a whole new unit CKC1C because no longer make filter for old housing, which I had purchased this for. The filter works well. You can see the accumulation of sediment very rust colored on used filter it does the job. I actually use this to wash my hands and do dishes because of chemical sensitivity, my hands don't break out as they can with straight tap water.
