Ranger TDA47414 Tim Holtz Distress Sprayer, 2 oz

I love the fine mist that the sprayer gives. I used one for alcohol and one for water in stamping and painting. The water one I use for Watercolor painting to moisten my paper, palette and my paints. I use it occasionally to add special effects to my painting. The alcohol works with Copic and other markers and stamp pads. I loved being able to lock the spray attachment when my young great grandson was visiting since he loves to use spray bottles like water guns. I used the previous 2 bottles for several years before each one broke apart. One broke at the top crease when it was knocked off my table, the other bottle developed large cracks around the top and radiating down the sides. The sprayers on both continued to work perfectly.

As always Ranger has produced a quality sprayer for not only distress inks but for all art projects that require a little mist of water. I’ve used other sprayers but this is by far the best. You can either create a fine mist or larger droplets with ease. It can also be placed in a locked position for traveling. I am very very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it.

This is the best spray bottle around for crafting that I've ever seen in over 30 years of crafting! Great control over amount of mist and even has a lock mechanism so it won't go off when you are traveling with it or storing it. Good size, too. I highly recommend.

Sprayer gives a fine, consistent mist and works very well with painting, especially water color.

One fell apart . Still haven't repaired it.

I've been looking for a "dot" sprayer, but don't seem to be able to find them anywhere. I thought I'd try this one for that purpose. It has several nice features: a locking mechanism to prevent accidental sprays while traveling, and 2 "settings" for spray type. Full force gives a nice even mist, and a half pull on the trigger gives an uneven "dot" type of spray. I thought it was a little pricey, but since I couldn't find anything else like it I gave it a try. It is great and well worth the price.

I bought a cheap one from a hobby store and the spritzer stopped working I hope this one doesn't! That's why I wouldn't name brand!
