I’m a believer!
My sister told me how she stopped taking her prescription sleep medication that she’d been taking for over 10 years since her pharmacist recommended Magnesium supplements. It also helped with her chronic constipation. I figured what the heck. I researched different supplements when I came across this one. Seemed like a reasonable price. I have my whole family taking this now. I m resting very well and even though I didn’t think I had any GI issues, my stool was always hard because of my ketogenic diet. Well let me tell you!! After 3 days on the supplement, I was going to the restroom very frequently for a couple of days and now I’m very regular and stools are normal. My husband is also regular now. Worth trying!

MAGIC!
I basically cured my hubbys acid reflux using this supplement and by also using Digestive enzymes Hcl peppsin, L glitamine (can help me too), and Apple cider capsules. Doctors are useless. We saw one and recommended expensive medication that didn’t help at all! So I researched. He had high stomach acidity and slow digestive system. At first I gave him two capsules as recommended on the bottle, after 2 weeks when he started to feel better I went down to one capsule so he wouldn’t depend on them. He also ate right and didn’t eat foods that would trigger anything like onions, tomatoes, and dairy. It’s been 3 months and no incidents, he can actually eat onions and tomatoes now. Onions used to get him so bloated it would block his airway for hrs and had to be taken to the ER. So thankful for supplements!
