There are many planes to which you can get images but it would help to know where these ultrasound planes were.

Great reference
Good photos, and includes detailed injection point, tips on identifying the muscle, and typical onabotulinumyioxinA dose.

good book for your collection.
I do not know when I will inject more than 80% of the muscles featured here but it is nice to know how to identify them. My only criticism is for the ultrasound images. Please put a dashed line of the ultrasound beam on the figure so I know where these images were obtained from. There are many planes to which you can get images but it would help to know where these ultrasound planes were.

Book had a bent page straight out of plastic
The book had a page that was bent / partially torn straight out of the plastic wrap. That was unexpected to say the least. A colleague of mine who ordered the same book had a similar experience.
