XTracGear Mousepad Ripper Size: XL

My old mousepad was an hp, marginally smaller with a slick almost slidey top. It was backed on cardboard probably so after a few trips in the backpack it got warped pretty badly and couldn't be fixed. This mousepad is exactly what I wanted because it is large enough for fps games at low sensitivity yet realistic enough to fit my desk comfortably. I don't rest anything but the mouse and my hand on it. The XXL is probably really nice too if you have the space. Easily adjusted by lifting it but it stays adhered to my desk with all mouse movements. Logo onthe bottom right is a different texture but is pretty much no mans land anyway. It comes in a plastic tube rolled up which is really nice because it will fit in any pack and be easy to transport. Great mousepad and it arrived from cyber guys in 2 days (really quickly). Maybe u should thank ups for that though.

I just bought another one of these, as my old one was 6 years old and was getting a little sketchy. This is an outstanding mouse pad!! I use it with a Logitech G500 mouse and I never have to worry about edging the pad or picking the mouse up to continue turning. Very well made, the edges didn't even begin to fray for at least 5 years. Buy this pad. Seriously.

So, I've been eyeing this purchase for about more than a year a decided to finally make it. Best decision I could have made. The surface is perfect for some intense gaming or graphic design. Smooth mouse movements and just the enough amount of drag easily make it best pad ever. The only thing that makes me not give it that extra star is that when you first open it the package has a ver distinct funky smell. The matt itself is odorless once you take it out of the package but it proved to be a very weird unboxing.

I decided to get another after more than 15 years. The original is still in really good shape despite its age and countless hours of use over these years. Finally decided time to get a new one instead of routinely cleaning the old one. This one is an inch shorter than the original and same width. Still more than adequate. I had bought a similar pad by Steel Series a few years ago, but it was thinner and not anywhere near as durable. BUY THIS!

Junk... the top layer is separating from the neoprene after only one month. Luckily I'm in the window for a return. My old Ripper took 10+ years of abuse and finally warped a bit but never frayed. Seems like a quality issue. I love the size of the new XL but I'm going to order the Ripper with the stitched edges instead.

I really used to love this mouse pad (this is the 4th one I have bought in 6 years) but the last two I have bought have had the top fabric edges fray and separate from the rubber core after just a couple of months of daily use. The way I use this pad (I mostly just use the lower right quarter of the pad for my mouse and the rest of the pad is under my keyboard, etc. with a cut half of an older pad covering the remaining space), this becomes an issue for me and is greatly reducing the useful life of the product (I estimate I will be lucky to get 1 year out of this one). I end up rotating the pad 180 degrees once the fraying is too bad (4-6 months) to double the life, but once the second side is also frayed I have to buy another one. I keep buying these despite this obvious quality issue because the size dimensions are literally perfect for my keyboard tray on my desk (no good alternatives).

Very nice and large mouse pad. I had a fun.c pad and would still prefer it over this one. I like a harder surface material. This pad is cloth and it's great i can't dock any stars for personal preference when the pad tracks well and is large and comfortable. I would recommend it if you like cloth pads

The top layer comes off really easily, lasted only a few months of light use.
