My girlfriend and I have been using the chair for three months now and we are very happy with it. For the price we paid you cannot go wrong. It was easy to assemble and set up, and it gives a perfect full body massage and is almost as good as a masseuse. I'm very happy with the product and no complaints. Five stars!

Ok, it's been two weeks, and this chair is truly amazing considering the price. All that I went through getting this chair now seems to have been worth it. Very simple to operate with the remote control it comes with, and my wife and I both love the air pillow massaging for the calves, arms, hands, shoulders and butt. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good massage, with reasonable cost. The seller and I have reached an acceptable agreement relating to my issues with this shipment, which I have explained below. Overall, this chair is extremely well made, with excellent features for massage chairs. About ten years ago, I had purchased a much more expensive one, from NEOX (almost $5,000.00), and believe this chair is much more effective with the air bags, when it comes to getting a pretty good massage! So far, everything is working fine, but the instructions left out connecting the wires for both sides of the chair. This was not a major issue, as they were located in the same area as the air hoses, and easy to figure out where they should be attached. I would give it a five for overall, so far, except for the following, which relates to shipping, which took three weeks, to ultimately receive my chair. It took five (5) separate shipments to receive, what appeared to be, an acceptable product. The first shipment never left the UPS truck as the driver advised me the carton was severely damaged and opened in several areas. Naturally, I refused this shipment. The second shipment, was the second carton, which I would not accept without the main unit. The third shipment never arrived, as carrier, UPS, returned it on their own; stating "refused by receiver", which was untrue, as they never arrived at my home. The fourth shipment was the second (smaller) carton, which was left at my home announced by the carrier (UPS). This carton was crushed in several areas, but the contents seemed ok. The fifth shipment arrived, and although the carton had signs of "rough Handling", dents in several places and two straps (which appeared during transit) were disoriented; indicating they were used to move the carton around from time to time during shipment. I did accept this, since there appeared to be just minor damage to the edges of the carton, and I was truly hopeful everything would be ok. It had arrived late in the evening, so I waited until morning to open and assemble the chair. After opening the carton, I removed the "User Manual" and read through this to understand the various steps I would need to take to assemble the chair. I removed the main unit, and after I folded the back into its locked position, I noticed two areas of the plastic were cracked. Both cracks seemed as though they would have no impact on the overall operation of the chair, and they were in the back, and would be facing the wall and not noticeable. Obviously, I was not happy! I will contact the seller on this, and hopefully we will reached an agreeable solution to resolve this!

I've had the chair for almost 2 weeks now. I have used it everyday, sometimes twice a day, each for 30 minutes. The chair is comfortable and it looks really good. Even though it's not real leather, it still looks and feels great. The massage the chair provides does a great job. There are 2 modes, kneading and pushing. And you can control which mode you want or if you want a mix. I love the heat and the vibration too. All around, it's a great chair for the price. Great value. I feel so much better from having the chair. Several aches and pains I've had over the last few years seem to melt away, and I feel better the next day. I believe this chair provides comparable massage to higher priced chairs. I love the different preprogrammed modes too. Relaxing, Strong, Mild, and Sleep. They are all as they suggest. Some days I want Strong and other days I want Relaxing or Mild. I like the various modes being available. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I am a little tall, 6'2", and the head rest with the neck rollers doesn't line up perfectly. Also, I think the higher priced chairs would allow the rollers to be moved up or down your spine based on your height and alignment. The rollers are positioned in the backrest but cannot be shifted higher or lower to lineup with your spine or focus on problem areas. But if you want all of the bells and whistles, then you'll need to buy the higher priced chair. One good thing is that the leg assembly does lengthen to allow for people with longer legs. I'm very happy with this purchase, I'm glad I did, and I feel better.

We received our new massage chair in two separate deliveries, just as scheduled. Assembly was quick and easy, and I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight and easy to move it was compared to others I had looked at during my research. The remote is very user-friendly — easy to read and simple to navigate through the different massage options. I've only had the chair for a few days, but I’ve already used it multiple times a day and absolutely love it. One of the biggest reasons I purchased this chair was to help with ongoing foot issues, including plantar fasciitis in one foot and Morton’s neuroma. While it’s still early days, I can already feel that regular use is going to make a real difference in how my feet feel. Highly recommend this chair for anyone looking for comfort, ease of use, and some therapeutic benefits too!

If I could give zero Stars I would. This product with a total disappointment considering the price you pay for this thing. Birthday gift will be on the curve for trash pickup. Definitely not worth the money. Does not massage the upper back area. Airbags are weak at best and does not have a strong compression. This is a third party seller so beware. Amazon did not help me get a refund. After 2 months of going back and forth the seller sent me a replacement part that smelled like a Biohazard landfill. I requested a full refund from the start the best they could do was send me 20% of what I paid. Note that it will cost thousands of dollars to send this product back because this is not fulfilled by Amazon. Do you research this is a third party seller at Amazon would not refund this product despite their guaranteed of satisfaction to Consumers.

I have had this chair for 3 years now and it has helped relieve back and neck pain for me and my family countless times. It looks great, still works and looks like new. They also provide great customer service with quick responses. Highly recommend!

Very nice already used it twice!Rollers are a little rough on lower back but i like it that way(nothing a towel c'ant fix)heat works fine but the foot massage and rollers are my favorite.Yes i do recommend.

This chair is fabulous for the price! If a massage chair is on your bucket list & you have a budget, this is the one to get!

The chair is not what we paid for. It's totally different model. Has no blietooth,led light. Amd its Brown in color. Not Brown and Khaki as shown in picture.
