Can anyone help with installign batteries into torch? it states 3xaaa but it looks like it takes the flat/round type.

Missing piece

This was a present for my granddaughter but when we put it together there was a missing piece. I have emailed the company but had no response. As it was a present, I cannot return it but just require the missing piece sent directly to my granddaughter whose address I submitted to the company.The actual article is an excellent fun way of learning parts of the body. My granddaughter loved it.

Amazing product.
