Ive been doing a winged eyeliner look since I was in school. This eyeliner is the best one I've come across. Its the longest lasting, smudge proof and the applicator makes it the easiest to use. Plus its a really good price.

I'm not usually too good with eyeliner but I found this one really easy to apply. Its a good solid black colour and flows well I found the pointed tip helps create a neater finish. It stays put fairly well and although it is waterproof it does still smudge and flake if you accidentally rub it. Easy enough to remove with micellar water.

Another fantastic product from e.l.f. Being a pen eyeliner, it is really easy to apply This is something I've purchased a few times and use this daily, the colour lasts all day, dries quickly. I have sensitive skin & eyes and have never had a problem with this product

I have bought this eyeliner many times now. It is precision application and can withstand almost a full days wear. I find I need to go over it with a powder or it can get stuck on my upper eyelid, but otherwise a great product

This eyeliner pen is amazing for daily wear. It’s smooth, precise, and so easy to apply — even when I’m in a rush. The only eyeliner I will use. Takes some getting used to in terms of accuracy as once it's on - it takes some getting off! Lasts all day and can use it every day for a month and not run out! Bargain!

I like this eyeliner. Once it dries, I do not have problems with it smudging. Be sure to make any corrections before it dries. It does last all day. My eyes tend to water and it still stays on. I have sensitive eyes and this liner does not bother them. I also like the point on this eyeliner as I like doing very close to the upper lashes and it is easy to apply

Ottimo eyeliner a buon prezzo. Scrive molto bene, dura nel tempo e non si secca (lo utilizzo una volta al giorno da quasi 4 mesi)

Have tried many so-called non smudge eye liners but they never live up to the promise. This is the only one by far that is TRULY non-smudge! Love it!
