We named the dummy Grap, and the material is nice. He's funny, and fun to wrestle! Good design and very fillable. You can make him read a book! And it's funny when you make him fall down the stairway! Don't worry he'll be all fine!

Great training partner. I've had it for a while now and its still holding up. Its a perfect size for me and my son. We both train in BJJ and the size is perfect. I filled it with cut up old clothes that don't fit. Make sure you have a lot because it takes a lot of filling. The shoulder area is a little funky but you can still practice most moves.

I got this for my 5-year-old who’s practicing jiu jitsu, and overall, the dummy itself is well made and durable. It’s holding up nicely to throws, grappling, and regular use without any signs of tearing or weak seams. Setup & Filling - The biggest challenge is filling it. The ring at the top of the head was helpful — I clipped it to my punching bag stand to hold it upright while stuffing. Even so, the process was messy and time-consuming. I used shredded foam from Amazon, and it was very difficult to get it evenly into the limbs. It took me over an hour and a half, and I still don’t feel like the fill is perfect. I also tried pool noodles as suggested online, but that just made distributing the shredded foam even harder. Tips for Filling - If you plan on buying this unfilled version, I’d recommend using something smaller like beans, pellets, or even sandbags to get a more consistent weight distribution. Foam works, but it’s frustrating and messy. Performance Once Filled - Once it’s set up, it’s a great training tool. My kid has a blast practicing holds and throws, and the dummy holds its shape and balance well. Verdict - The product itself is excellent quality, but filling it is a serious hassle. If you don’t mind putting in the effort (and cleaning up the mess), this is a good buy. Otherwise, you might want to spend a little more for a pre-filled option or go with an easier filler like beans or sand.

Sturdy. Made well. Kind of a pain to stuff but that’s how we saved money. It took us about 20-25 lbs of shredded memory foam to get to the right feel. Perfect size. Great realistic weight after stuffed. Great for training at home.

Filled mine with old t-shirts and used pool noodles for the limbs. It's a bit small for me, (I'd guess it's about the equivalent a 5 foot 7 inch person) but useful for working ground techniques.

結構中に詰めないとヨレヨレになる。大のゴミ袋にパンパンに入れていた衣服を詰めてもまだ、足りなかった。ダミー人形自体は思ったりよりも手足が長くて、練習にもかなり使えそう。

Useful, arrived in good condition

ウェスを詰めるとめちゃくちゃ重くなるので新聞紙を詰めることをお勧めします。

中に入れるウェスは多い方が良いかな？と、多めに14ｋｇ買って詰めてみましたが、全部入りました。 15kgでも良かったかも。 使い心地は思ったより良いです。 たくさん練習したいと思います！

後１万円だして革製を買えばよかった。 布製だと汗を吸い込んで不衛生。
