A nice high level of sodium, and zero surgar. The taste was initially a shock, because I started with Liquid IV's but the sugar ones and they only have 200 to 250 mg of sodium. I am drinking these on order from my cardiologist and this raspberry flavor is yummy 😋 Definitely happy with my purchase

LMNT is a great product, and with the assortment of flavors it is easy to find the right mix for you. Personally I really like the Raspberry Salt and the Lemonade Salt. It dissolves easily in a shaker bottle or any other water bottle for that matter. I find that using one LMNT with 32 oz of water every 10 miles works well to minimize muscle cramping and to keep me feeling light. Highly recommend this product. There are other less expensive electrolyte mixes out there, but you get what you pay for. LMNT is the real deal.

Love these for the electrolytes. Bought this pack because I’ve sampled a lot of the flavors and raspberry is my favorite. Definitely tastes salty and mixes well when using a blender bottle. I got these for hydration during pregnancy and realized after they arrived they are not recommended for pregnant women. My husband enjoyed them though!

Great for my headaches and recycling. My husband sweats a lot when exercising and loves using these to stay hydrated. Raspberry salt flavor is his favorite.

I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a few months and I’ve tried a few electrolyte options to flavour my water. I’ve heard about this product, but was put off initially by the high price. However, having taken the plunge, I can say that it’s the best there is. The taste is just on point and delivers the much needed electrolytes perfectly.
