This lovely speaker has many functions I don't use, so obviously I won't mention them. I just wanted a Bluetooth speaker to play audio books so, again, I won't comment on it's music performance. But I will tell you about the speaker in general, and I'm very impressed. It has a feel of real quality to it, "High-end design with aluminum-alloy shell" (as quoted from seller), it certainly is. All the functions, the pairing, work very easily and the volume and clarity are very good. Also! you have the option of the light area (that bit in the middle) being blue/white or off. It's a find, this one! I would just like to add, maybe for anyone with the same issue, I use my Bluetooth speakers mainly for playing Audible books. I now know that something to do with the file format Audible use means Bluetooth speakers often don't work, in that they 'clip' the pauses and this means I can't listen to Audible through them. This speaker works perfectly with Audible, my Anker and ToaTronics disappointingly do not.. If anyone could explain the technology why this is I would be very grateful.

"Originally purchased for a spare bathroom as my bathroom light is connected to a very loud fan (both come on at the same time - no way to change this as I am renting). But when it came, I found several uses for it. It reminds me of soft candlelight, so I like to put it on the balcony while drinking some nice chai latte. As well, sometimes, I put it to my daughter's room, as nice music and soft light help her fall asleep faster. Yes, probably, I should buy more of these lamps. LIGHT: As I mentioned above, the light is very soft. There are seven different colors to choose from. When I need to change the color, I press the button ""mode"" and then I can choose the color I want, again, just by tapping. How great is that! PAIRING: To pair this is so simple just go into settings and click on Bluetooth the smart lamp will show up tap that and it will add it to the list then go to your music and enjoy the beautiful sound out of this speaker. AUDIO: Not only can I have it on all night, but I can pick if I want to run it off music from my phone (I was concerned that I would be stuck using iTunes but any music app seems to work) or the mini SD drive. I've used Pandora and Spotify so far and have streamed it from my bedroom (across the hall) and the signal is great. I was impressed with the speaker quality. I tried listening to different genres of music to see if it would buzz or crackle, I tried Kid Rock, Bob Dylan, 50 Cent and the sound quality was good. Nice and clear. Tried turning it up to it's highest volume to see if it would, but it got too loud and I would never listen to it at the high of volume anyway. SUMMARY: - Easy and intuitive to set up. - The Bluetooth speaker is very easy to pair, and the sound and volume are great. - The night light function works well, and love that it has brightness settings to adjust to different time/need. - Great compact size. - The look is good and modern. - On the bottom of this lamp, there is a hook to hang like a lantern. - Every hitch you need to control the speaker and music is found under the speaker. - Fairly lightweight. For size, price, and sound its easily well worth the buy. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend the speaker/lamp.

"My wife wanted to have a speaker for her desk at work but she didn’t need anything that was booming into all the other offices. This speaker not only gives her very nice sound but it has an option to light up with different light levels and different color options. She really likes the feature to allow the light to move with the music and she can relax even during a very stressful day at the office. The quality of the light is better than I expected. The speaker I figured it would be cheap but I was impressed that the weight and feel of the speaker is very solid. The buttons on the bottom are nice and give you positive feedback when pressed. My wife has been using this now every weekday for a month or so and she is very satisfied so I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. Overall: I am giving this a five-star rating. The speaker works well and it has very good quality. My wife enjoys it every day so I have nothing to complain about. It sounds amazing for its size! Bought it because i have an old laptop and the speakers are kind of bad. So i didn't want something to large or too heavy, just that the sound was better than the computer's speakers. The thing is, i never expected for this little bluetooth speaker to sound so good! It really is worth buying and it will surprise you not only in the quality of sound but also it keeps the charge for a really long time! No need to charged it once you see a movie, i have been using it since last week, still working fine, and with the charge it came from opening the package. Overall, nice audio quality, easy to pair even with old computer, lasting charge, good looks and fair price too.
