Does your lightning charger fall out? I’ve tried different chargers and they still won’t stay in. Company won’t respond.

That’s is interesting I have never had a problem. The fact the co. Won’t respond is unacceptable, I would keep trying, ask for a replacement via email. Good luck

Doesn't seem to want to recharge the iPhone back to 100%. How do you make it stay on to complete the charge to 100%?

I MAY HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION!!!! My battery had the same problem... It would begin charging my phone for a short period then stop I had to keep checking incessantly and restart the charge process... Then I got an idea... I removed the phone from the case just enough to disconnect from the lightning connector inside the case... Then I reinstated it ... Pulled it again .. Re inserted ...pulled out over and over basically scratching it in And out repeatedly then she I figured I'd given it enough "stuffing" I put it back together and BAM ...WORKED LIKE A CHARM! I thing the connection needs to "burnished" to create a better connection.... Try it! it worked for me!
