Miniature Cake Creations

This is a really wonderful book if you are trying to learn about working with polymer clay. The project ideas, pictures, instructions, and tips are great. The step by step detailed directions are very helpful. It’s amazing how realistic the pieces in the book are and my own skills have improved significantly since using what I learned in this book. Definitely a must have for your arts and crafts bookshelf!

This book is wonderfully put together. The ideas are clear and concise. The techniques are descriptive and easy to follow. The process of working with clay at such a miniature scale requires lots of practice, but this book is wonderful for a beginner with big aspersions :)

The book is exactly what I expected. Detailed directions with pictures showing how to make the most beautiful 1:12 scale cakes. You can take the skills taught here and apply them to whatever dessert items you wish.

I was happy to purchase this book as it gives great instructions on using clay to make miniature food look lifelike. Great explanations on clays, and methods of assembly. It's trial and error and starting over again to get the correct look, but this book makes it appear easier than I imagined. GREAT purchase.

This is an incredible instructional publication. It is colorful, inclusive and thorough. I can’t wait to make more of the items in this book! Well worth the money.

Great book if you want to make miniature cakes. Wished it showed pictures of how to make the texture, but still a great book. I didn’t read the texture part when I made this, so it’s not as good. But I think it came out well for my first try anyways.

This book is written very well. This was my first attempt at making miniature cakes. It has lots of photos with one for each step. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn to make miniature baked goods.

I don't know how it is possible and why my previous review was deleted but my opinion however does not change. The book does not teach anything new compared to notions that you can find for free online and the contents do not justify the expense. I would not buy it again Non so come sia possibile e perchè la mia precedente recensione sia stata cancellata ma il mio giudizio comunque non cambia. Il libro non insegna nulla di nuovo rispetto a nozioni che è possibile tovare gratuitamente online e i contenuti non giustificano la spesa. Non lo ricomprerei
