Im not a professional baker but when i added the colour my buttercream split. The colour was nice though and it didnt add any weird tangy taste.

Wilton's gel colours
This is my go to make for food colouring. Where I'm colouring butter cream or icing. The gell is taste less and not much is needed to get the desired colour.

¡El rojo perfecto! Pigmentación increíble.
Si buscas un rojo vibrante de verdad para tu glaseado o fondant, este es el producto. Al ser en pasta, no altera la consistencia de la crema y con muy poca cantidad consigues un color superintenso. Es de lo mejor que hay en repostería para evitar que el rojo quede rosado. Totalmente recomendado.
