great supplement
There are a ton of reviews on this so I don't even know if this will help anyone but I am 42 years old 125lbs 5' tall muscular build. I've struggled losing those last 10 vanity pounds located in my belly and that armpit fat area. I've only been using it for a few weeks so I don't know how effective this is from a long term perspective. I take this first thing when I wake up on my run days. I intermittent fast and my meals are from 1pm-7pm so I take it as suggested in a fasted state. I run in the mornings and this stuff helps me with endurance as well as helps me focus. I like it. Especially since I've switched from a 8am-4pm eating window and PM workouts to 1pm-7pm and a fasted AM workout. It helps curb my appetite and I work out harder. I only take 2 pills. I honestly really like how I don't feel jittery or nauseous the other pre-workout by this manufacturer Jolt gave me a stomach ache and was so damn hard to drink. Ick tastes terrible. Worse than terrible just yuck. Here is the thing I came upon this product by doing a google search of "are pre work out supplements bad." I had been taking the ever popular C4 not every day just every once in a while when I needed an extra boost before a hard workout. That stuff worked but I hated the side effects so I wondered if the stuff was bad when I did my google search I came upon an article by the founder of this product and I instantly loved what he had to say. Do I really need this stuff. No but he said that if you are going to take it take a high quality one with tried and true ingredients and no fillers. I was sold. Also because he actually manufactures supplements for other companies he knows what's good and what isn't and he is not willing to compromise quality for price. When he said I don't really need it I trusted him completely because he wasn't trying to push this product on me. His website and philosophy are eat healthy work out smart. Not rocket science. I appreciate his honesty and after only a few weeks of taking this I know I will always have this supplement in my arsenal. I don't take it every day. I honestly don't need it every day but so far so good. Only time will tell if this actually will lose my belly fat.

Amazing products!
Finishing up first bottle of Forge and am having great results! I am currently using both Pulse and Forge pre-workout and then taking a dose of recharge after and I must admit, I was a bit skeptic at first, but after jumping from only being able to just get in the energy to complete 1 hour of workouts, I am now able to pass 2 hours. Legion products give me the drive, focus, energy and strength to finish some of the most stressful workouts of my life. I started using these products in September @ 6' and 305 lbs. and now in October @ 6' and 294 lbs. Might not seem like a drastic measure. A little backstory, a year ago I was a smoker and obsessive junk food consumer...obviously led to my state of being overweight. I quit smoking and little by little adopted a better understanding of what I should be in taking and limited junk foods. 6 months after quitting smoking and trying to be better with foods I was still gaining weight. I figured I needed to start on an exercise regiment to maintain and soon reverse the weight gain. My workouts began at 20 minutes and got to about 40 minutes in about 3 months. I felt discouraged, stressed out and depressed about my inability to shed any weight at all. I started to lose hope and wanted to stop working out after realizing that to get to my normal weight (190 lbs) would take years at this rate. So I started to research products to help with the gym process. I came across vitamins, whey protein, aminos, creatine and the like. I tried it all and I just did not "feel" anything. So then I researched more and came across Legion Pulse. and I decided to give it a try. Instantly I felt the drive and energy to workout...I got the "tingly" sensation. My workouts went from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours overnight. I got the Legion "bug"...I needed more. I got Legion Recharge second, and I felt my body, literally, recharge by the next morning. I wanted more! So I got Forge and it pushed me well beyond what I thought I could do. Within 2 weeks, I burned 11 lbs and already see signs of large muscle growth all over my body. I have never felt this much vigor and energy since I was doing laps around the house as a child. I am now using many of Legions products and stand by them all 100%. There is only one tiny issue Mike...why is Forge out of stock? Ha Ha!

YMMV. Could pack a punch or..
Update Edit: I only just now saw that I got a response from a member of Team Legion requesting a chance to help out my experience. With that said, I upped the rating a star for great customer outreach and the science behind yohimbe. Pulse and lunar are phenomenal and worth checking out even if forge doesnt jive well with your body. I made this purchase back in the summer when my work schedule was only really allowing me to work out in a fasted state (first thing AM) and figured the HMB would do well to help fight the cons of said training. I started with 4 capsules (180lbs) and then took my preworkout. I had read yohimbe syncs well with and works best with caffeine. Cant beat that, right? Not so fast, Something in forge, what I am assuming is yohimbe, did not sit well with me at all. Anxiety, blood pressure felt all off, heart fluttering and elevated rate even. Couldn't get the workouts done to the same intensity, too anxious to focus and just felt gassed midway through. Thinking it was a one time fluke or perhaps a tolerance thing, I stuck with it for the week to no improvement. I scaled down to 3 capsules pre workout and still had issues so I shelved it. I'll pop 2 preworkout on days when I get home from work in a fasted state to finish the bottle and I feel fine, but I'm not sure it does anything at that dose at what is now 185lbs. Your mileage may vary, yohimbe is supposed to be a strong sup, but my system just wont tolerate it well at all. I'll stick with Pulse and leave it at that.

This stuff packs a punch.
Forge is one of the most unique fat burners Legion created. For the longest time, I did fed training but the fat around my stomach was taking its sweet a** time. Wondering what's going on, I read up Mike's article about stubborn fat and it was enlightening and eye-opening. Generally speaking, the waist area is the first area for fat to come on and last to go. Typically for fat loss in men, it works its way from the top-down. Your face, arms and torso tends to lean out quicker because it's higher in beta receptors. Also I read blood flow to the abdominal region is poor when insulin levels are elevated during digestion of food. And when insulin levels are at baseline, blood flow to the abdominal regions is increased, making its easier for fat to be burned there. Anyway, the first week I took this stuff I felt nauseous and weak because I wasn't used to fasted training and I read Yohimbine can cause nauseous but by the second week my body got to used to it. I'm looking to get to 10% BF and stay there because it's more sustainable than lower levels like 5-8% BF. At those levels, let's just say you feel like crap. My abs are becoming visible in any lighting now but still have a ways to go. Vascularity's increasing too. It's true that leaner you are, the more veins you have but you need a nice amount of muscle development. The bigger the muscle the more they push your veins closer to the surface of your skin. Temperature also factors that. I strength train 4-5 times a week and throw in one burst training session. My diet is getting better, still have the occasional cheat meal. I'm currently doing a reverse diet where I bump up my calories by 150 every week because I noticed my energy levels and mood were horrible. I use Forge because I won't have to wait for food to digest and I noticed I'm weighed down during my training if I train in a fed state. Overall this product is effective once you have your nutrition in check and strength train along with some cardio. It's particularly effective when combined with caffeine though I'm waning off that. The only con it has is the number of pills you have to take. For someone in the 140-150lbs bracket, the full clinical dosage is 6 pills. But for someone else, it can be higher or lower. I highly recommend this for those who are in a cutting phase or just want to give fasted training a try. Thanks for an awesome, Legion. You never cease to impress. :)

Good Product if you can handle Yohimbe
This is a good product. I understand everyone reacts differently to Yohimbe so it may not agree with everyone. I had never used Yohimbe before and after reading reviews of people who had used it on different message boards, I was a little nervous about taking it, so I started with the minimum dose of 4 caps. I did light cardio and didn't really feel any different than I normally would. The next day I took 5 caps and got a little bit of a "buzz" from it (similar to when I first started drinking coffee) but no adverse effects. The next day I took 6 caps and lifted weights and felt pretty normal although my heart did feel like it was beating a little stronger than usual. The next day I took 6 caps again and tried to do HIIT and that was definitely a mistake. I do a lot of HIIT training already, but this time I could feel my heart pounding in my temples, and after about 25 minutes I started to feel nauseous and had to stop. I had heard that doing HIIT training while taking Yohimbe is not a good idea b/c of the increased heart rate, but thought I could handle it so tried anyway. I will not be doing that again. I will stick to taking it and just doing moderate cardio or lifting weights. I am already pretty lean and muscular, but I have some stubborn lower stomach fat and lower back fat that I'm trying to blast through. I have only been using this a couple of weeks but can already see a reduction in that fat. If you can handle Yohimbe then this is a really good product. You do have to make sure that you take it in a fasted state, b/c insulin will completely negate the effects of the Yohimbe and you'll just be wasting caps and money.

Amazing but
This stuff works amazingly!!! BUT the amount you have to take for your weight size is not worth the poduct quantity and price, you have to take 1 pill per 50lbs of weignt so if you are 250lbs or more this 45 pills will last you 1-2 weeks depending how often u take them

It's been perfect for me!
I eat healthy, workout consistently, & run a fairly significant amount of volume (75-100 miles per wk, training in efforts to qualify for Boston). I've done well maintaining muscle, even with that kind of mileage, & I've lost over 47 Lbs of fat in the last couple of years. But I still have a few pounds (10-15) I'd like to lose in order to be at a lighter / faster racing weight. After reading both of Mike's books, I did more research & decided to give his supplements a shot. Three things I definitely noticed after taking Forged & Pulse: 1) A great but not jittery pick me up / positive well being kind of feeling, that lasts (just the right length of time). 2) A definite curb in my appetite! I've still got a good appetite, but this helps keep me from feeling like I have a bottomless pit for stomach. 3) This could be in my head, but I really feel it's applicable to this supplement, (being that it's suppose to make you burn stubborn fat more efficiently). Why? I've even noticed what some people describe as "keto breath" on & off / more noticeable while taking Forged. (If you're not familiar with that term, Keto breath is a side effect of your body burning more fat for fuel, via disposal of the ketones through exhalation). I say keto breath specifically, because I generally eat a decent amount of carbs. But I periodically do a strict water only fast 3-5 days at a time, 2-3 times per year (as well as actually trying the keto diet specifically for several months), & I notice the same "breath," each time respectively. My mileage, workouts, & macros have been pretty consistent in the last 3 weeks, with the only difference being my supplementation of Forged & Pulse. Statistical result, I'm down another 3 lbs in those 3 weeks! I say all that, to say I'm100% completely satisfied with this product!! (Sorry for my long-windedness!)

I love it, but... If you have Anxiety or Depression research first!!!
So first of all the product works great for weight loss and focus in the gym from what I could tell. Unfortunately for me it also made me feel awful slowly over a few weeks of use. For people dealing with mental health issues note that yohimbe is not recommended for people with any kind of anxiety or depression. I didn't check this before, and just have slowly felt like I was slipping into more serious depression and anxiety that I thought I had beaten with therapy and meds. A few things to consider before buying (Copied from WebMD): - Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD): Don’t use yohimbe. There is a report that four individuals with PTSD suffered worse symptoms after using yohimbe. - Anxiety: Don’t use yohimbe. Yohimbine might make anxiety worse. - Depression: Don’t use yohimbe. Yohimbine might bring out manic-like symptoms in people with bipolar depression or suicidal tendencies in individuals with depression. This is a bummer, because initially I felt awesome from the product, engaged, energetic, focused and powerful at the gym. However, over time I would get to the gym feeling good, and then progressively just get in my head, and by the time I was leaving not feel that great and carry agitation through most of the day. Because the symptoms came on slowly it took a while to trace back and figure out what it might be. Tried at reduced levels and I get less to none of the awesome feeling for working out but still most of the head full of garbage and agitation for a few hours afterwards.
