My son got this for Halloween and it is completely collapsible, it has 3 rods and then the scythe top, it is not the sturdiest thing in the world and one of the rod tips broke but honestly it kinda happened for the best because now it is the perfect size for my son. 3 was just to big for him (he is 7) it’s worth the $10. If you want something more sturdy and longer lasting then youll need to go with something stronger and more expensive. It’s a toy, it’s going to get broken eventually

Nice accessory easy to put together great price light weight plastic so easy to carry around

The scythe is lightweight, but that is all I can say in a positive light. After one night, the bottom piece of the handle bent backward, and the top snapped off. Even after duct-taping the pieces back to the plastic weapon, they continuously fell off throughout the second night. I would recommend this for a cheap prop for one night of Halloween, but anything else is stretching it. Of course, you get what you pay for. It served its purpose to a good enough extent.

the product overall is good. I expected it to be taller for some reason, but i probably just didn't read the description. Its nothing super fancy of course, but it served my needs well and the fact that you screw it together is convenient for later storage. Definetely great for younger kids, and because its so simple you can also easily "diy" or "improve" it if you like.

Sturdy

Product arrived, looked ok, assembled very easily and then broke instantly. The shaft doesn't screw into the body of the blade at all and the part that it does screw into is made of paper thin plastic that can barely hold the weight of the very cheap, light blade part. I would have returned it but didn't have enough time. To fix I got a piece of 3/4" PVC cut to length and hammered in a short length of 5/8" dowel with 3" protruding. Put the blade over this bit and then put grip tape to attach securely and all the way down the PVC to make it black. The result is pretty good and way more durable.

My kids seriously love these. They are big time into fortnite, and my oldest son insisted that these were basically the same thing. So I purchased him one, and he loved it. Then my step son came over, & immediately I was kicking myself in the Butt for not buying him one too. Thank god for two day shipping!! It arrived quick enough to save my butt lol. These are cheap, but they have hit walls & dug dirt up outside with them. They’ve basically done everything you can think of with them.. but they’re still intact.

I added photos for all the measurements. I purchased 2 to make it longer & it works. You won't get a double ended scythe because the blade itself is hollow. Some of the pieces are a little tricky to twist on, but I didn't get any cracking. Screwed on tightly, I didn't get a lot of wobble, but it was still bendy. If you want to extend it a broom handle would do the trick. It is pretty cheesey, but worked for my Death Spice cosplay. 5 stars because it is what it is.

Bought this as an accessory for my son‘s Halloween costume! He loves it and hasn’t put it down since it arrived and so far it’s not broken yet. So it’s definitely worth the price
