Enables me to fall asleep and stay sleeping thru the night. Also worthy of note is that I feel no hangover/after effects the next day like some other sleep aids. Finally, the Rite Aid pills seem better than the generic brands, and only cost a penny more per tablet.

Works, without leaving any feeling of tiredness. I dream like crazy now but mostly I finally stopped moving a lot while asleep and get that deep sleep that makes one feel rested. The same effect and results to many that I know after I told them about my own experience and they also tried it. Game changer!!

I was using this for histamine intollerance and sleep problms. But, noticed it messed with my brain and had trouble remember things. Sure enough learned it can contribue to dementia if you use it too long. I have switched to certirizine. It is much safer and I get it on amazon.

Have a hard time finding these caplets in the store. I want to be able to break the tablet in half, everything I found on the store shelf was a capsule or in some other format that couldn't easily be broken in half. Also got a better price, delivery was quick.

It really helps with sleep, not habit forming, and not drowsy when waking.

I've been using drugstore generic of this sleep aid for several years now. To minimize grogginess the next morning, the trick is to take only 1/4 to 1/2 of the recommended dosage, i.e. take only half to one caplet instead of the recommended 2 caplets.
