No. But it was really easy to find a recipe on the internet.

How are these with heat? I want to use them to sousvide eggs in a covered pan for musubi as well as a musubi mold.

I have not used them with heat. My impression is that the plastic mold would melt. Hope this helps 🤙

What’s the best brand nori does everyone use?

In Hawaii, I favored a few brands. But they don't carry them here in our Asian Markets. I would say that as long as it's toasted, it should be okay. My local grocery store carries gimMe brand and it's been pretty good. I think that the Yaki Sushi Nori will work for any Spam Musubi.
