There isn't an arbor with it. What can I buy to make it fit to the drill?

tHIS IS MEANT TO BE USED WITH A LOW SPEED POLISHER, NOT A DRILL. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING IT WITH A DRILL -

Does this work on quartz?

Not sure. We used it on black granite. Worked great in the granite.

What is the coverage?

I didn't bother to check for coverage because it is worthless. Don't waste your money on this product.
