It doesn't say on the packaging or in the enclosed booklet where the mahogany is sourced.

Does this have engraved keys ? and is it already tuned

Yes, our kalimba will have engraved keys and it is already tuned.

How good is the book, as I can’t read music does it have the numbers as well as the notes written for each song?

The booklet uses a system called Ktab which overlays a diagram of the keys with musical notation which tell you the length of the note, you play each note from top to bottom so that gives you the order on which the keys are played, it is easily understood without being able to read music.

Does it have sharps/flats or is it just a c major scale?

No sharps/flats, C major, two octaves.
