Great for long runs
Taste great and are effective for my long runs to give me some of the salt back.

Solid - do what they're supposed to do.
A tad pricey, but they work. Flavour for a salt chew is phenomenal. Note, they're not chewy and they're not pills. They're tablet - they crumble when chewed and taste good - and salty (duh)

The item is affective for providing electrolytes but the taste and the chalky texture was not pleasant. I had the watermelon. I will say I tasted a hint of nice watermelon flavor at first but it went downhill from there.

We live in Colorado and it gets so dry. I love these for my tween girls who never drink enough water. Flavor was good. A little chalky but to be expected and the aftertaste doesn’t linger!

The description of this product made me think I was going to receive 10 packets, but I only received one with 10 tablets. The tablets are designed to substitute for drinking water with electrolytes, and the instructions suggest taking more than one/hr to keep electrolytes up while doing sports -- each tablet doesn't contain a lot of electrolytes. That makes this option much lower on the electrolyte / $ scale than I had thought. Doesn't mean it wouldn't make sense for some people though.
