This product was very easy to use - turn it on, pair a phone to it, plug it into an amplifier, play some music from the phone! Simple and sounds great. As a musician, the main application I had in mind was to play backing tracks from a phone or tablet and play/sing along with that for solo performance. The Roland Cube Street amplifier shown in the video has an input designed to accept wired connection from a phone of other device, and this product allows you to go wireless. The included RCA plug adapter will also allow most any audio equipment to support Bluetooth audio sources just by plugging into an auxiliary input of the system. I ran it for about 10 hours continuously and the battery life was fine - I gave up before the battery drained.

I was looking for a replacement for my Sony Ericsson Mw600 Bluetooth receiver that my dog chewed up and this seemed like an inexpensive option. I like to listen to podcasts as I fall asleep at night. It's a very basic use for this receiver but it works well for this purpose. I'm able to use the ff/rew buttons to easily skip commercials and the sound quality is fine for me. The battery life on this thing is amazing! Even after listening for 2 hours then stopping the playback but not turning off the receiver, I've awakened the next morning to a 90% battery! (To be clear, the receiver does not indicate how much battery life is left. It is my phone's Bluetooth connection that tells me that information.) I've gone a week at a time without the need for a charge. There are three minor drawbacks that I will mention: 1. The volume, even at its lowest level can be a bit too loud for bedtime. 2. The device automatically turns on and connects when it is plugged in to charge. 3. The blue light is pretty bright in a dark room. (I told you they were minor drawbacks!) Would I buy this product again? For my needs and for the price, I absolutely would!

Worked great out of the box! Paired up. Plugged it in while it played over my stereo. A couple hours later the connection stopped and it wouldn’t pair, wouldn’t reset. Let the battery die to restart it and it’s been working great since. I have it hooked up to a BT transmitter so I can play music from my phone to all the speakers in my house, $70 all in and no third party app.

Battery life is little too short but otherwise excellent product. Sound quality is great and connects well to my devices. *** Update on the review. I have to change my review. This product constantly disconnects itself and now it won't connect at all. Will have to throw it away.

I've used this receiver to use non-bluetooth headphones with my Nintendo Switch, phone, and car. My favorite feature is being able to use two devices at once!! The receiver will NOT play both devices at the same time however, it just seamlessly plays one device or the other as long as one is muted or paused. With my Samsung Galaxy there's a minimum volume before you hear anything, but it's still pretty quiet. There's also a game mode that lowers the audio quality a little bit in order to have less lag for gaming, works really well on the Switch. This little device was worth it! Charge lasts a long time too. Charge maybe once a week.
