Fully charged out of the box. Appear to be well designed and built. A slightly tighter fit than the C cells that I was replacing but not a problem. Overall a good product at a budget price.

Good batteries, had some charge in them when delivered. Take about 8 hours to charge fully using the power owl charger. Saves me so much money, not having to buy batteries for my daughter’s toys. Last about the same time as regular batteries before needing to be charged up.

These are quite hard to find in the shops and can be pricey, They suit my transistor radio and last a long time between charges. No problems so far with these and I would buy again.

Purchased these for a powerful PIR light for the outdoor store in our tennis club. They last pretty well, even in cold weather and have saved their cost many times over compared to disposable batteries. Haven't bothered to check whether they hold a genuine 10,000mAh but they were the cheapest available and weigh enough to convince me that they are not just a sub C cell in a large can.

I was surprised to find that the Amazon C cells were 5,111, 5,008, 5,029, 5,099 mAh respectively on a pack of four. They tested as pretty low impedance too. Yes I dont like that it says "Amazon Basics" on them! But they are one of the few cells that actually do what it says on the tin. The typical C cell that you see on here like the EBL for e.g all CLAIM 5,000mAh. When I tested the EBL C cells they are just 3,200mAh. + or - 25mAh. Thats a plain lie! And this iss after 5 full cycles. No they did not improve much. I have been thoroughly p******d off by the number of cells bought from many different sources over the years that turned out to be totally misrepresented and the capacity being plain lies. They scam people because they can get away with it. Most people never test them. It seems only japanese made cells are any good! Never tested any chinese made cell that met its capacity claims. Some are terrible! These are exactly what they claim to be. 5,000 mAh plus! On cycle 1. Cant comment of the self discharge rate as I only got these a day ago.

Bought this roughly 6-8 months ago for an automatic garbage can (yes you read that right) and somehow the batteries are still going off the same charge I received them in... very impressive
