This is an excellent quick breakfast and good source of protein for any coffee lover. Dissolves beautifully in cold water or milk. Use Ultra filtered milk and add 13 more grams of protein. There are many other flavors, but this is my favorite though I do also purchase the Decaf Cappuccino for evening drinks. I highly recommend mixing at least one hour before you plan to drink. It becomes much thicker and is more decadent. I generally leave a regular one in the fridge when I go to bed and make a decaf sometime during the day for later.

Tastes fine, but it's not something I can just sip like actual iced coffee. It's coffee-flavored protein, end of. Best chugged, otherwise it's chalky and not satisfying.
