What has been the experience of women with small hands? Is it easy to hold?

I'm a 58 year old left handed female with moderate osteoarthritis at the CMC joints in both thumbs, and I never used a power saw prior to purchasing this, and I have no problem holding when I use it. I have more control and can make straighter, more accurate cuts when I hold it with both hands. However, I do have larger hands than most women. I wear a size 8 surgical glove which means the circumference around the widest part of my hand (excluding the thumb) is 8 inches.

Can you do Circular/ radius cuts With this?
