Does the sc 510 kit include the same lie detector project as the sc 320 kit please?

I would suspect it does as each step up in kit size simply adds more projects to build and the extra parts that will be needed.

I think so though it depends on the boy. My 10 year old grandson loves it.

How is the photoelectric transistor meant to work - it doesn’t seem to let any current through no matter what we do...?

In the circuits it is used in, you vary the amount of light it is exposed to be either moving your finger over it and varying the distance between the sensor and your finger, or shining a light at it. Took a few goes for us to get it right. The amount of light it receives determines the resistance and thus the amount of electricity it passes.
