They were a little too big for the holes in my shutters, so I did have to use a drill to make the holes slightly bigger before installing, but they worked!

I have shutters all over the house and the problem with opening and shutting every single day is friction and it is the enemy of all moving parts. But this little gem is amazing. OMG what a life saver. One of the slats on my shutters broke the other week so as moat people do is they take to YouTube and I found the link to this product in the description and prayed it was available in GBUK as well. And it was thank god and mine arrived yesterday in the post and it was easy to do and I now have a moving slat again. I would commend this product in a heart beat.
