This product is working for me I am gaining muscle and has no bitter aftertaste I mix with milk I am on my third can very happy with product

Love mixing this with some peanut butter. I’ve been drinking this stuff since November and when I focused a bit more on my legs they got really defined and hard with that line we know about. It may bloat you but it’s all about diet and your work out intensity. I would drink two shakes a day but dinner would be light and I work a night shift 12:30-11pm so I would eat breakfast before work with both shakes. Dinner would consist of: baked chicken, mixed veggies, and basmati rice. For me It’s the calories and taste making the price worth it.

I really disliked this when I first got it because it just doesn't mix well. But I've been putting the powder in a mix cup, shaking it, then putting it in the fridge for an hour or so. It tastes A LOT better fully mixed and without chunks. I also think it messed with my stomach a little when not fully mixed. I think I'm going to stick with whey protein and add my carbs to that.

with this product and how i use it is likely not that common but hoping if a few read this the word might spread and help out others. medical reasons dictate that i frequently have to go on all liquids, dietary restrictions. it stinks for many reasons besides the lack of good solid food. until i stumbled across this i was forced to use ensure which is exceptionally expensive.for me it was costing near $300 a month but no longer. even if i need two a month i still save over $200 going this route. the powdered mass gainer gives me more calories besides the ability to add things like eggs, flavoring even caramel. mix with dairy products or almond milk. unlike ensure you can drink this cold or hot. for those who for whatever reason have to go on a liquid or soft diet this the best option i have found to date for cost, calories and taste.fyi you do need use a blender or mixer to thoroughly mix.

I can't really speak about the ingredient quality of this product. I don't know whether it's got the advertised protein in it, etc. I'm not a chemist.It does contain 3 g of creatine per serving. I normally have 5 g of creatine, so this added 3 g must be taken into considerations. I've had to adjust my schedule to cut down on the plain creatine. Not a problem, just something to be aware of.It mixes well with liquid, and you can drink it at your leisure.I dislike the flavor. That's probably a personal thing, and not a defect in the product. Still...As for value for money - if it's as advertised, then it's fine.I'll probably buy this again. The flavor isn't a huge problem, and I feel I need some added protein in my diet. I'd recommend it to someone who wanted extra protein.

I try my hardest to workout and get in better shape, especially as I get older, and this protein supplement is great for those looking to get in shape on a budget. You can mix it with water but I prefer to blend 2 scoops with 2 bananas and soy milk. A flavorful source of protein to help you meet your nutrition goals. I personally use my protein shake as a liquid meal when I’m just so busy working that sitting still to cook is simply not an option. A must have for any health conscious person.

My fiancé is a bodybuilder and this is his go to her protein powder. He prefers the chocolate flavor but does like the vanilla if there isn’t any chocolate available.
