Glutamine is the real deal. It's tasteless and it's great for your gut health and immune system. There are certain fads that come and go. Super foods, creams, shampoos, oils, vitamins/minerals. Diets also become popular and then become forgotten. Glutamine has never been a fad, but it will never need to prove itself. It has a reputation of being a bodybuilding supplement, but I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone with leaky gut or ulcers, and I would still recommend it to anyone who exercises regularly. Just mix it in with your water; it dissolves and is completely tasteless. It helps you recover and will keep you from getting sick often if you have that issue. Your Glutamine levels decrease on regular activity, and without supplementation, you put yourself at risk of deficiency. This particular brand is very high quality. I haven't tried others, but mostly because I haven't had the need to. The powder is very fine and there are no clumps. They used to include a scoop which they no longer do. But I just use a dry spoon. Everyone should add this to their regular supplementation. It's cheap, effective, proven, and lasts forever. I would also suggest taking Vitamin D, as that is another supplement that is proven to help for many that don't get the recommended amount of sun.

Glutamine is really good for you. I use it because I weight train and that is a killer on your body. Glutamine helps your body release HGH (Human Growth Hormone). HGH helps to burn body fat and increase the size of your muscles. It also helps your body support your muscles (rather than breaking them down). It is also supposed to help keep your GI tract working properly. This Glutamine is great. There is no taste or smell. You can mix it into anything without messing up the taste. Just be careful not to heat it up since glutamine shouldn’t be heated. I mix this into my pre & post workout shakes. Also I mix it in my before bed shake. This product is pretty new so I thought I'd give it a try. Ive been taking Glutamine from GNC for quite some time. I have to say this Glute is working very well. I take before and after my workouts and it has helped me recover faster and more complete than me not using it. I workout 6 days a week with weights and cardio everyday...Without the Glute I would not be able to keep this pace.. All in all this is a solid product that I will probably buy it again. UPDATE: I have been using this Glutamine for the past 6 months, and I have been 100% satified. Glutamine plays key roles in protein metabolism, cell volumizing, and anti-catabolism. Glutamine also increases your ability to secrete Human Growth Hormone, which helps metabolize body fat and support new muscle growth. Now for the price listed at $21.99, theres no way I would get this product, but when I got 2 cans (600GRAMS) as an add-on special to my order that was great as the capsulated ones seemed to range between 17-25 per bott. of 240 1G caps! Yes its easier, but if ur making a protein or Pre-Workout shake, just toss in the correct amount. 4grams is plenty, but before bed take full 4.5G dose cause it will help u with Recovery more than u think If u haven't use L-Glute b4! I also hate the fact there is no scoop and it comes down to this comp. being cheap and wanting to save a penny anyway they can. This can also tell u if the glute is good, or just so/so. I wonder about a companies product quality when they can afford or are to lazy to make a simple 4.5G plastic scooper! This is a horrible inconvienence for one thing, mostly someone who has no other extra scoops, no scale, but Lucky for me I use a High Grade 50usd Milligram scale to get accurate weight on anything up to 20G. Then my other scale is for larger weight and can go up to over 16oz. or 1 pound since it will weight 500Grams no prob. Anyways BF needs to get their but in gear and place a 4.5G scooper n each bott. as this the only thing I can legitly complain about so far using this product now

Believe me, you won’t be disappointed in this product because it is very effective and great quality at such a low price. So if you’re looking for something to help with muscle soreness this right here is worth your money.

I have purchased this several times now and have always been happy with the product. It has no real taste to it and mixes well with my other powder supplements in one shaker. No clumping or separating. Goes done easy. Very reasonably priced compared to other brands for the same serving size. Why pay more for the same thing.

When we started chemo the nurse suggested adding this for joint pain and helping with the neuroopthy side effects. We couldn't get any locally so I ordered this from Amazon. We were already into the chemo problems a few days before my wife actually took the glutamine. It made a huge difference in both her pain and the tingling in her toes. This brand is very finely ground and uniform. It seems very clean. We mix it into sports drinks and also into plain bottled water. It mixes well in both, but seems to dissolve or stay suspended better in plain water. It is tasteless in both and is detectable only as a very small amount of grittiness. You have to kind of swirl the sports drink before every sip to keep the glutamine suspened. My wife drinks 3 bottles of sports drink a day, and the dosage recommended by the infusion nurse works out to 2 teaspoons per bottle of sport drink. We have done 3 chemo treatments and have gone through 3 bottles, so it sems to work out to about 1 bottle per treatment cycle.
