Vallejo Chrome Paint, 17ml

Very bright color, perfect for headlights on model cars and aircraft.

Good paint,good coverage.not sure if color is really a true rust color.

Tiene buena cobertura, seca bien y se aplica de forma uniforme. Excelente opción para detalles especiales y piezas destacadas. Muy recomendada.

Easy on fast drying

I just recently started building models in my retirement. I like the quality of Vallejo model paints. I ran out of the hull red on a large model I was building and had to order more. The new bottle was more brown than red and I didn't care for the look. I had to redo the entire paint job. I know it's a good idea if using two cans of paint, to mix them together to even out the differences. Just didn't know I was going to run out.

A really nice kit with applicators

I LOVE this product. I build a lot of model kits that have several parts that need a good black base coat over primer. This stuff is almost fail-proof. I normally thin it at a ratio of 1-1 and I usually add 1 or 2 additional drops of paint per 20 drops of thinner just to guarantee that I have more color than thinner. Works like a charm when airbrushed at about 15-18 psi. You can hand brush it as well but I prefer the airbrush. Another great part of this black color is that it is very easy to clean out of your airbrush, unlike a lot of white paints I’ve used which always seem problematic to clean. This is, without a doubt, my favorite black paint! BRAVO, Vallejo!!!

Works as good as you are going to get. Rebuilt an old toy tow truck from the 60’s. The chrome parts were all scratched and marked up. Decided to try this. It’s not bright chrome but close. Looks much better than being all chipped. I used a good brush. As it dries the brush marks disappear and looks as if it was sprayed.
