Danmar Soft Shell Helmet for Children and Adults (Small, Royal Blue)

We’ve had this helmet for over a year for my son, who has severe autism and struggles with self-injurious behaviors like headbanging. Before we got it, he constantly had marks and bumps on his head and face. This helmet has truly saved us. It not only prevents injuries by protecting his whole head, but also provides great sensory comfort for him. We use it daily, and even after more than a year of constant use, it’s still holding up incredibly well. It just recently started to peel a little bit, but that hasn’t affected how well it works at all. I can’t recommend it enough to any parent or caregiver in a similar situation. It’s been worth every penny and has made such a difference in our lives.

My kiddo likes to harm himself when he doesn’t get his way. His therapeutic pre school recommended this helmet. He loves it! (He’s 3). So this helps with him not hurting his little head. Does the job!
