So satisfied
I love these cereal. As a matter of fact I loved this 1 box so much that I now have the variety bulks in my cart. I purchased the cereal because it was so hard to find the bread. Either would do because the health benefits you get from these products is life changing literally. I was looking for products with the highest potency of beta-glucan for health reasons and thos brand came up as the 2nd most potent. I love their bread and cereal.

The best cereal ever--worth every penny
29 year old male here and I believe this sprouted goodness to be the best cereal ever. Why? As a vegetarian, this truly is the most convenient healthy fuel not just for breakfast but for any time. I am also a fan of their Ezekiel bread, but this is even more convenient for all-around nutrition because so easy to bring anywhere. The sprouted profile of wonderful carb sources and protein sources at such convenience is unparallelled, a true complete amino-acid profile. I rely on this everyday for nutrition. As with Food For Life in general, always wonderful ingredients and no nonsense or fillers. One of my favorite ways to use this is to pair it with some raw, grass-fed a2/a2 dairy with other ingredients, nuts, spices, honey, seeds, etc for a filling, complete fuel source full of wonderful vitamins, minerals, carbs, proteins, fats, etc. I of course, would like to see the price come down, but I still think it is worth every penny.

Get away from sugary cereal.
It's good. Tastes fresh. Lots of fiber. No added sugar. I keep buying Ezekiel varieties.

Damaged in shipping
The food is good but the box was severely damaged when we received it. Fortunately the bag inside was still in tack.

My favorite cereal!
I have been eating this cereal for years. It is probably the healthiest cereal on the market, but does cost more than others. Grocery stores in my area quit carrying it I guess because it is expensive. But it has everything you want in a cereal, like sprouted whole grains! Read the label…nothing but ingredients good for the body. That said, I wish Amazon would pack them better as the box arrives in sad shape and the contents more crushed than they should be. So I probably won’t be ordering this item anymore from Amazon. I know Amazon is trying to reduce packing materials but some items need a little bit of packing.

Healthy Omega-3 Fatty Acids
I love how this cereal contains flax seeds, which are a good source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid. The cereal has a toasty taste that I enjoy. Too small to eat on its own, I like to mix it with Wheat Berry flakes and fresh blueberries.
